Welcome to Veloce Executive Rides. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Services

Our transportation services are available to individuals legally capable of entering binding contracts. You agree not to misuse the platform.

2. Booking and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments must be made via our secure gateway.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel bookings according to our cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or acts beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the ride.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, and media, is the property of Veloce Executive Rides and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
